People choose fixtures, then find the house won’t run them. Backwards, and easily avoided by looking at pressure and hot water before anything is ordered.

Usually two to three weeks depending on size, whether anything is moving and how much pipework gets renewed. You get a realistic timeframe with the quote rather than an optimistic one that slips twice.
It has to be, and it is the part you can never inspect once tiling starts. Falls formed to the waste, membrane taken up the walls to the required height, and a flood test before a single tile goes down.
Yes, plenty of people do. We do the rough-in, work to their dates and come back for fit-off once tiling is finished. We’ll coordinate directly with them so nobody is standing around.
Often, though it depends where the waste can run and whether it keeps enough fall. On a slab it may mean cutting concrete, which changes the cost. We’ll tell you what’s possible before you commit.
Either way. Some people want one price for the lot, others have already chosen tapware and a vanity they like. Tell us which at quoting stage.
